Tantra Is For Lovers

What is Tantra?

Tantra is the Ancient Eastern Teaching in The Art of Loving combining spirituality and sensuality.
It entails connecting simultaneously in many realms, including mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  One could argue that this is the very meaning of the phrase "holistic health practice," which indeed, Tantra is one.

Why Tantra?

Tantra has been associated with Sex Therapy, and although that is not precisely accurate, the association of the two is not entirely unfounded.  Check out this wonderful excerpt from a renowned book on Tantric Sexuality that explains it very well.

How do you do Tantra?

Although it may be difficult to describe Tantra accurately on on a mere website,  Tantric practices have been associated with Yoga, and there is much truth in this.  Furthermore, each Tantric Practitioner is truly unique;  there is no standardized, official practice.  At the same time, beware!  As with any respected practice, Tantra does have its share of charlatans out there.  Use your conscious intelligence as well as your intuition when choosing a practitioner.   See my Tantric Session page to learn more about my particular brand of practice.

Where can one learn Tantra?

One can learn Tantra in a workshop or in an a private session with a Tantric Healer.  You can also learn a tremendous amount about Tantra at Tantra.com.   Or learn to Extend Pleasure by phone with me!  (Click on the last blue link.)
